Although primarily an adult environment, as most pubs are, well behaved children are allowed and we offer a children's menu too. We just ask that the kids leave by 7pm, ‘coz we feel that The Kennington turns into a more adult space after that and us adults can't always be trusted to be on our best behaviour!

We are also proud to be a dog friendly pub, so it goes without saying that well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome!

Our Food

We have an unpretentious approach to producing delicious, traditional British dishes from freshly sourced produce. Alongside this, we offer a starters & sharers menu for snacks and light bites, as well as our light lunch menu on Thurs & Fri. We also offer market fresh daily specials. We serve Brunch until 4pm on Saturdays, alongside our Main menu which is available until 9pm & Sundays are all about our delicious Roasts!

We're open Tuesday & Wednesday from 5pm until 10.30pm, Thursday to Saturday from 12 noon until 11pm & Sundays from 12pm until 10.30pm. It's all about great food at The Kennington. Don't miss out on Happy Hour from 5pm til 8pm Tuesday to Thursday & you definitely need to check out our roasts!.
